  • Was very disappointed with our last visit here. Now I can be very honest, they had two large parties but was not jam packed. I was in the restroom at the time of the drink order and my family did not order me anything. When the waitress came, she took my order but never came back with anything. I waited around 20 minutes for someone to come back and I once again placed my order. From the time we sat down we knew it would be busy but never expected we would have to wait over am hour for our food to come. Not once did a waitress offer to refill our drinks and when someone did come by to offer more chips, they were given to the wrong table. Okay, we understand that stuff happens and large parties can throw people off but once the food came, we asked for 2 small plates as we were sharing with kids. Once again, the waitress never came back and the kids ended up sharing our plates and eating off of napkins. A more seasoned waitress came, and we expressed our frustration, the most she could offer was an apology and to discount our drinks. My husband and I made an observation and the waitress who would leave a table after taking an order would go and clean tables instead of bringing what we asked for. It was a very disappointing experience.
