  • This is the kind of thing you feel shouldn't have to be said BUT apparently I am wrong and it DOES need to be said. 24 MINUTES IN A DRIVE THROUGH FOR ONE BAGEL IS NOT OK!!! I called to speak with the manager and the original girl on the phone said "she's busy" not a let me get her can you hold just a straight "she's busy" once on the phone (the manger had been standing there the entire time) all she could manage was "I do the best I can" if this is your BEST there is clearly someone much more qualified to be in your position. There is never any reason for the drive through to be a 24 minute wait especially when all the bagels are already made. I would like to say my order was at least correct but no... Apparently my fruit cup and pickle would have taken even more time then the 24 minutes I was already there for so they just skipped out on it.
