  • Do not live here. Landmark Towers has major problems with the pipelines and the AC. Owners dont care about fixing the water issue nor HOA. Unit 6 has extremely hot water reaching 140 degress for almost one week not to mention floodings in the lobby and in the units and water turned off every weekends in the mornings and also at any random day or time for almost six months. There is no cold water in some units. The city needs to close this building down. One advice you will thank me later dont rent nor buy here. Great location and staff, bad living conditions. Stay away, there will be tons of law suits soon. Is not only me there are numerous of tenants, owners feeling horrible living in this conditions. And it also comes with free pets (roaches). If you are a clean person this place will make your stay miserable. Regarless if you pay a pest control, roaches are everywhere, sinks, bathtubs, dishwasher and in the carpet. I had to throw my mattress and some items away. It is like a scam horrible experience.
