  • Not impressed, have lived here less than a month has several issues upon move in and have yet to see a maintenance person to fix them. All the lights in the basement were burnt out, we decided after two and a half weeks of waiting for someone to do it, that we would just do it ourselves.the apartment is shoddily remodeled, and shouldn't cost 1200 a month. Our freezer fan sounds like a jet taking flight as does our bathroom fan, when we moved in the inside toilet had urine colored water and the bathroom was not clean. Two and a half weeks later despite a good vacuuming and leaving our windows open, the smell still sticks around. This isn't the worst place I've lived but for the price it certainly is in my top 3 and I had once lived off of badger road as a poor college student and feared for my safety most of the time.
