  • If you want you everyday stuff done they do an okay job. However DO NOT take your delicate items (i.e Tommy Bahama Shirts etc.) if you don't want them seared or fried. They seared a shirt so badly that the seams we're all shiny as though it looked melted. When the customer service rep, Colin tried to tell me it was the in the design I thought ... what an arrogant jackass! I will never go back I don't care how convenient they are ....
