  • After almost 4 months, the finance guy who did my paperworks named Johnny have finally reached out to me. He's now willing to help me to cancel the whole extended warranty after he got in trouble with the corporate people. Yes, contact the Toyota Corporate if the car dealer's people are not helpful. Report them, don't be scared. Ask me how if you need help, I'll help you coz I don't want you to experience what I've experienced with them specially with Him. He called me on Monday 5/21/18 and asked me to come by at Toyota to talk to me. He also asked me to take down my first review. I went there yesterday 5/23. I told him that I will remove his picture if he'll be able to make everything right with my contract. Again, be careful with Finance department when buying cars. As of now, I'm just waiting for an update.
