My friend and I took our babylock sewing machines to this Cynthia's for routine servicing in June that cost each of us $139.95. Unfortunately, both machines came back in worse shape than they went in...skipped stitches, half stitches in decorative stitches, and no bobbin thread sensor. Took it to a different company, that actually sold babylock, and that cost me $89.99 to fix the machine. They advised it had not been serviced, as there was alot of dirt in the machine, no oil, and the needle was off center. I will never bring my machine to Cynthia's nor will I recommend them to anyone. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!
