  • The only reason this is not five star is because 30 min after my appointment time I called to ask is someone was still planning on coming. It was evident that I'd been overlooked. Clark was very apologetic and clearly wanted to make the oversight right. Two hours later he was at my door, (after a text 20 min ahead of time to tell me he was on the way). He was very knowledgeable and professional and his product appeared high quality. Unfortunately, his product didn't meet our needs but I do appreciate his attempt to win my business back.
