  • I have been to Liz Nails on several occasions and never had an issue. However, this last time I went for my full set acrylics, it was a nightmare. Firstly, I received a set that was too short and bent upwards--it was extremely painful. (First picture) So I went back in and requested they be fixed. The woman who did them told me it was my fingers not her work--however I made it clear that I had gotten them before and this had never been an issue. So she fixed them and they looked beautiful this time. (Second picture) However, the tips were barely connected and felt super loose. I had my second set for two days and two tips just fell off. I wasn't doing any hard labor just looked down and they were gone. So I ended up trimming them down and filing myself because going back to that salon seemed like just a waste of money and words. (Third picture)
