  • Having had Monkey's fill of meat lately, I thought a pancake would be in order... Holy crap! Friendly and efficient, clean and spacious, indoor and outdoor seating and bar! Smiley server checked on Monkey often. I've had the Chicken & Waffles before and remembered eating it for breakfast, lunch and dinner that day. Why I thought the pancake would be any different is beyond me. Monkey do: TRACTOR DRIVER COMBO- eggs, bacon, pancake + blueberries COFFEE- in hopes of not passing out before tapping out Monkey had to think about it and quit at the crescent moon. It's not a competition. today. Good, thick cake. Heavy. Blueberries help keep it moist, as did the syrup. Having made room earlier, Monkey could've finished it. Can you? Monkey will plan a return in February during National Pancake Week to participate in their Short Stack Challenge, benefiting Best Buddies Nevada.
