  • Unfortunately the hostess was very rude when I tried to make a reservation. Her name is Bianca. She said we could only make our reservation at 5:30pm or 8 pm. If we chose the 5:30pm time we would have to leave by 7:45pm and that she would make a note to the server that we would leave by 7:45pm. We have dined here numerous times, spending $275 on average for 2 people. I don't want to be on time constraints when enjoying a night out for dinner. You just lost a loyal customer Ocean Club!
