  • I was in town visiting my parents and this is very close to their house. It's hard to find - signage isn't great - as it's on the second floor above Banana Republic. I did the Saturday Basic class and the room temp was super HOT because they do hot yoga the class previous. I started sweating as soon as I got in which made downward dog challenging as my sweaty palms meant I kept sliding forward. Everyone was commenting on how sweaty we all got and at the end the woman next to me said look at the thermostat it's 92 degrees! I didn't bring water with me so definitely wasn't prepared for that. What saved me was the wonderful lavender cold wash cloth they gave out. Great touch. The class was only $7 and mat rental was $1 which was excellent. Teacher was good offering modifications and adjustments. Class was packed and full of people who appeared advanced. I was glad I had some experience and knew what I was doing. Overall, I'll definitely be back when I'm in town again.
