| - One of the worst experiences we have ever encountered. Disappointment began right after we signed the contract. From the onset, we stressed to our salesman Tim, that communication was our top priority. That aspect of our experience has completely failed in our opinion. From failed inspections (we still don't know why we failed other than our project manager texting us that the City of Charlotte inspector is "dumb", we saved that text of course), to missed deadlines, (we're told 2nd week of June and then promised by July 4th (we were notified today that is not going to happen even though digging started March 22) it has been very frustrating. While the grading was being done, I stopped by to view progress during lunch. Since I was in my work uniform, the grader thought that I was doing an inspection of issues not related to pool. When I noticed that the conduit containg our wiring had separated, I pointed it out to him. His reply was " I`'ll just push them together and cover, the dirt will hold them together".There are many other examples forthcoming. I have called numerous times to inquire about next steps and keep receiving assurances that do not transpire. We have documented every step, phone call, text, and picture and will create a timeline view of entire process to allow other eager pool purchasers to beware. If this review appears bitter, please understand that we were so very excited to finally have the pool that we have saved for. I am sure that there are many others that have had great experiences with Anthony Sylvan. Unfortunately, we are not one of them.
