  • I had my Shizu Pom who about 25 pounds and Havenese Pom who is 5 pounds groomed around February. I have been several times and each time not pleased. No one to blame for going back is myself. They did have a guy there at one point who wore a bandana who was awesome. The last time was the last time. My fluffy little Havanes came out and I did not know why the girl was reaching me a cat. My baby reached for me and hugged me so tight. They cut her long ears which have never grown back. My neighbor came over and she cried when she saw her. My husband and I left before I went off. All her hair was cut to a skinny. I called for a manager who was not in that day but I spoke to later. Offered me a discount for the next time. I will never bring my babies back. The last time before this they hacked my little one. I called right back and they asked me to bring her back to fix her. They had been there 6 hours or more no way. Never again
