  • I used this company last year about this time and had a VERY bad experience. Rob and Ted had promised me they would protect my furniture at all costs, and of course, talk is cheap! I had damage to some very expensive pieces of furniture. Also when it came to moving day, Rob was absent from the house until early evening. He failed to provide enough packing material and boxes, and one of the workers should NOT have been there. Fortunately, I had packed items myself on Monday because his workers were not able to get the job done within the 4-5 hours he expected. It took them 12 hours to pack up our house, and they did not estimate the amount of room needed to move all our items. I had to end up tossing many items or gave them to our neighbors. One of the most annoying things is the loss of items that did not make it to the truck. This box was from our master bathroom and contained about $500-$600 in personal items. Every time I go for one of the items, it just makes me furious! When it came to replacing a broken knob on our master bedroom set, Rob just couldn't get the job done. He talks up a good storm but fails to deliver. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!!! I regret it big time.
