  • Do not stay at this location. I've stayed at multiple double tree by Hilton locations and this has been far the worse experience I've veer encountered. To start off, the valet let's everyone park their car in the drive way, when guests are only to load and unload their belongings. Check in in time is at 3 but be sure to wait 40 minutes before you check in because the rooms seem to always be dirty and the have yet to clean it until guests arrive. The management team is horrible, found a mouse in the hotel. The room was spacious but all the furniture were old and ripped up. If you do decide to stay at this location, ask them to change the bet sheets right away, they use old sheets with stains. My bed sheet had blood stain on it. Their were too much noise in the hall as people were partying and the hotel didn't seem to care as they kept partying through out the night. My top is, DO NOT STAY AT THIS DOUBLETREE LOCATION. Take your money else where. The staff at this location only cares about them self and are certainly very rude to guests. This is the last time I will stay at doubletree or refer it to my friends and family.
