  • This place is pathetic! We went to purchase iPhone 7s (plus) and to switch over to Verizon from T-Mobile. We took 2 trips to this place. We got bad service the first day. The person assisting us did not have much idea of what was going on and had a very casual attitude about everything. We were sent back the first day as they required copies of our SSNs!! We told them specifically to save the iPhones that we had picked out but of course the next day when we went to pick them up, they said they no longer have them in store and on top of that they took half an hour just to tell us that. We decided not to switch over to Verizon because of their horrible horrible service!!! We went straight to T mobile and purchased iPhone 7s in our desired colors! Never even thinking about switching over now!!
