  • I was excited to come here because all the reviews were high and it seemed like a nice resort. I was actually a little surprised when we pulled up and I saw the hotel buildings. They were very outdated looking and the pool food was just that-pool food. We ordered the chicken 'wrap' which was actually just a pita that couldn't hold the contents of food inside and ended up falling apart. The burger my husband got was literally raw on the inside and they said it was medium rare -wrong. It just didn't feel like an upscale resort like I'd expect in paradise valley at this price point.
