I moved to the area in November and since this salon is close to my home I decided to give it a try. The first time I called and said I wanted to book an appointment, I was asked who I normally see and explained I was a new customer. I was placed on hold and then hung up on after a couple of minutes. I called back and stated I was on hold trying to book an appointment and got disconnected. I was again placed on hold. According to my cell, I was on hold for 6 minutes and 21 seconds before I gave up and hung up. If they are too busy to take an appointment for new business then they are too busy. I made an appointment with another salon in the area.
