  • I Hate this place. Not smart or nice people people. I had to wright a letter to management. To Management, I ask twice for a GFCI outlet in the master bath. The second time I was told that because the person "has not seen it in any of the current apt. that it might not be necessary". I do not do electrical work for a living but I do know what needs to be installed based off of The National Electrical Code and since 1975 these outlets need to be installed in bathrooms. When the outlet was installed it was upside down and because the mounting box broke leaving no threads for the top screw the outlet sat 1/4 inch off the wall. Caulking was placed in the gap to make up for the gap leaving the whole outlet loose when plugging in and unplugging. I had to go back turning off breakers in the apt. and install it correctly. Finding the threading for the outlet and making sure it was flush. Looks great now after placing the "GFCI protected outlet" sticker on it after I was done. Mater of a fact I now want one in the kitchen because since 1987 The National Electrical Code has required it. Might seem like I am a bit anal about this but since the fact I had to move from one apt. to an other in this complex due to a fire, I might want to make sure one does not start in my house. I have a hand full of other complainants about your maintenance. All together they do not seem to know what they are doing. What I can do is fix my own things and send you a bill in the future.
