  • Technician's name is Roland and knew exactly what the problem was as soon as he saw the thermostat. The morons from the management company who did a flip on our house didn't know enough to put a jumper wire in the thermostat for the heat pump. Roland was as professional as I have seen and would recommend Just Better to anyone.
