Not as spectacular and as pricey as JaBistro, but if you're craving some high quality sushi without breaking the bank, Saku is definitely a great choice.
I would definitely recommend getting the assorted aburi sushi. it's 22 dollars for 12 pieces of torched sushi. Other notable items were the Volcano roll, Island roll and Atlantic Queen.
We also ordered the breaded oyster as it sounded interesting. Unfortunately, there was nothing exciting about this item although the sauce it came with was nice. The combination of the juices from the oyster and crusted oyster just didn't clash well together.
Good service and good sushi with a nice welcoming atmosphere, I would definitely come back for fancy a la carte sushi on a budget :)
