  • I come to Vegas often (maybe once every month or so), this experience was great! Our keys weren't working so we went down and Bree was so sweet in helping us. She not only walked us through what could have went wrong but what to do if we had anymore problems. It was the end of her shift and she didn't have to help us but she did and we apologized for keeping her, but she was as sweet as can be and even gave us a discount on our bill. Could not have asked for a better person at the desk.
