  • Not terribly impressed with the Business Center delivery. Ordered two days ago and still waiting for the "next day" delivery. They don't know where my order is and NOBODY can do anything until the manager gets in around 10am! Wow, they open at 7am and the manager doesn't show up till 10???? Not a very good planning at all. Been promised for two days that we will get it immediately (even though they admitted they don't know where it's at) yea, right. better to go to the store and pick it up - at lease you know where it is then. Apathy is a terrible thing - especially when it's your bread and butter to get 'er done. Like i said - not impressed.
