rev:text	I have used Truly Nolen for both 4 Seasons Pest Defense as well as a TERMITE contract. I changed to another company for the regular pest service ( I wrote a review for the new pest company) because TN was not keeping the scorpions away. AT.ALL. I have had MUCH better results with the other Pest Company. As for the Termite Service: it stinks. I am so disgusted with it! I renewed the annual contract the previous owner had, it seemed like the smart thing to do. When termites showed up, in a tube coming down out of my KITCHEN ceiling!!!! They scheduled me for about 2 weeks out. I was not happy about that, but I waited it out. THAT was only for the Tech to come out to see if I had termites: what:????!!! I TOLD THEM I had termites. My year contract is not even up yet and they have been out FOUR times to treat my house. Clearly I have a problem and it is not being handled. I have holes in the tile floor, holes in the concrete, holes outside my house, holes in my ceilings.... and each and every time, it is the same thing: someone comes out in couple of weeks to confirm that I have termites and then 1-2 MONTHS later someone comes to treat it. The waiting message on the phone talks about how termites generally cause $7000 damage before they are discovered. Yet when I call for treatment, I wait an additional 1-2 months!! So which is it?? Either termites do cause SO much damage and TN is not concerned with the damage that is occurring while they work me into their schedule OR termites are not that bad?? And let's bet my personal biggest investment on that wager! NOT. They are history for me.
