  • 03/28/2018 I was rear-ended by a driver insured by Geico. It was totally his fault. I was stopped at a traffic light and he never stopped. He was cited for the accident. Geico towed my vehicle to their Service shop. There was considerable body work and the windshield was cracked. When the body shop called me and told me it was ready to be picked up, I discovered that the windshield was never repaired and only about 75% of the body work was repaired. The Geico Adjuster refused to repair the remaining work. The Geico response is totally irresponsible and unprofessional. It has now been two weeks and they refuse to complete the work. Description of Work: Body and Glass repair due to accident. Services Performed: Partially Completed Cost: $1,500 Work Still Not Completed Date: 03/28/2018 Hire Again: No
