  • I like this Safeway. Always have friendly people working here. Excellent selection of produce, etc. The meat I have had from there is fine. I will say that I have never had to return meat to Safeway whether Flagstaff, Sedona, or various locations in Phoenix and northern rural areas. (Can't say that about other brand grocery stores.) Plenty of parking and never too busy in the store to not enjoy a leisurely shopping experience. This and the WholeFoods on Mayo are my two places to get groceries! But, I have given up trying to find fresh seafood in *any* grocery store!
