  • Don't expect to actually see the car that you made an appointment to see. Not only did they sell it 2 hours before the appointment but they don't even have the courtesy to call and tell you. My partner had been looking forward all week to see the car in question and the sales girl strung her along only to have it get sold and have us waste a trip from the airport all the way to Monroeville. It's quite obvious that this particular dealership plays dirty to make sales with little regard for potential customers after they have the sale. Also the receptionist could not have cared less when we arrived. She might as well have been on another planet she seemed so lost at her job. Great job guys.
