  • I ordered water service via a Costco partners program. it should be good, right? WRONG! It started off okay. I got a confirmation email that said someone would be contacting me within 3 business days to schedule the initial setup. Well, no one called me. At the end of the 3d day, I replied back to their email to cancel the order as I hadn't heard from anyone. That was on Tuesday. Today (Thursday), I got a reply email acknowledging the cancellation. Well, today I get home and the dispenser and 6 5-gallon bottles are on my doorstep. And, of course, no office is open to talk to anyone tonight. If they don't have excellent customer service at initiation of service, I won't count on decent customer service after the fact. I have also reported my experience to Costco. Please come pick up your mess you left on my porch! (I have already emailed since no one was open and will call tomorrow.)
