I would highly recommend visiting this place! Their noodles are delicious and there are so many kinds you can choose from. It's a fun experience being in the restaurant too because they make the noodle in an open style kitchen where you can see it.
For their main noodle menu, you can choose the shape and thickness of the noodle. I found thinner noodles better than thick ones, but you can really cater it to your preference!
The only downside is that the place is small and cramped so if you're going on a busy day/time, there will most likely be a wait.
