  • This has to be the worst Audio/Video place I have ever dealt with. I built a new Toll Brothers home and was forced to use this vendor as a "preferred vendor" for a prewire. Their prices were too high, non-competitive and should have never used them, however it was the only way to have my house done before I closed on it since any other vendor would have to wait until after I closed to gain access. The customer service experience is no better after the fact. Many, many trips were made mostly to correct installation mistakes or programming mistakes. I am 3 years in my new house and still have a smart house that is not dialed in or even close to it. I have spent well over $20,000 with this company and can't be more overall dissatisfied. I have had way more problems and items that need to be corrected then I would have ever imagined which leads me to believe I am not the only person this could have happened to.
