I have rented a car from Hertz multiple times from the location by my house. This time I had to return it to the airport location because I had to go out of town. Hertz has always been my go to for a rental no matter what. This has stopped ever since I received an email months later stating that I had damaged the car. When I picked up the car from the Henderson location the guy was in such a rush to leave since they closed early that day that he didn't even do a walk through/inspection with me and I signed nothing stating that there were damages on the car. When I dropped the car off the guy checked the car out and told me that everything was good to go. I thought it was extremely unprofessional to send me an email regarding damages. I should have gotten a phone call. I called the number listed on the email multiple times and left multiple voicemails and never received a phone call back. Finally I received a letter in the mail a month or so later with the bill. I called Hertz and got the run around. I was given a number called it and of course got a voicemail. Still waiting on a call back. I'm very frustrated with this whole process of not being able to get a hold of anyone who can assist me. Never renting from this place again. It's amazing how they employ so many people yet no one is available to assist. Keep in mind that I literately had this vehicle for hours and parked it in my garage over night.
