  • Work was not performed as described. Work had to be performed a second time. All work not performed. Young lady (M) left message confirming appointment for WRONG day. Upon returning call she denied giving wrong day. Listened to email again and verified she really did give the wrong day. She also needs to learn to speak clearly. It will be very hard to convince me to return.
