  • Came in today to take a tour of the property... was greeted rudely by the lady at the front. She seemed extremely inconvenienced to have us there. I asked to see a one bedroom loft, which she responded by correcting me and saying they don't have those... they have one bedrooms with a loft. Instantly making me feel stupid and starting off on the wrong foot. She asked when we were looking to move in, and I told her a few months from now but we wanted to see our options. She was not pleased. She walked us to the open apartment to see, without saying a single word about any of the amenities or other things about the property. She didn't say a single word the entire tour. Very awkward. I asked her the square footage and price of the apartment and she couldn't tell us either... she had no knowledge. Possibly the WORST experience ever. She definitely should not be employed there.... you are going to lose a ton of potential renters. YIKES.
