  • I signed up for Yelp specifically to share my experience at this business. In a word (or two): not good. I have been here a handful of times, and know what to expect. I'm not anticipating a luxurious, spa-like experience, just a standard mani/pedi. However, my last visit (as in my most recent and most definitely my final visit) left a lot to be desired. I had one of the male nail techs, and he took me to a manicure station and started the service. No soaking at any point in the process. After trimming my cuticles, he stopped and directed me to a pedicure chair, at which point I soaked my feet in some lukewarm water for approximately two minutes. Then he started the pedicure, and when he started trimming my cuticles he cut my skin to the point where it was bleeding and stinging. I got a half-hearted "sorry" and he kept going. I had to ask him twice to stop trimming, as it was painful and possibly unhealthy. He took approximately 60 seconds to put on the polish and then it was back to the manicure station to finish up, and hee wasn't pleased when I asked for an extra coat because the color was much lighter than it appeared in the bottle. When it came time to check out, he offered no additional apology and made no effort to make it right. I paid $65, including a 20% tip (which he did not deserve) and went straight to Rite Aid to buy various antibacterial products to try to prevent an infection. Another $20 made this a very poor $85 experience. Furthermore, the next morning, the gel polish was already peeling off one of my fingers. Completely unacceptable, so I returned and requested that they fix it (which they did). Instead of the standard 10-14 days, my manicure lasted a week and then I had to remove it due to multiple nails peeling. My advice: stay away.
