  • Valerie the owner is a doll and always super positive. I got involved after buying a Groupon so I'm not sure what the other reviewer is referring to, but I never had to give any more money. I certainly didn't feel scammed. We renewed after the Groupon and just paid normal monthly dues without issue. The workouts are only 30 minutes and it's truly all you need, but you can stay for another session and punish yourself if you so desire. Love the dynamic format and time options this place offers. Highly recommend if you're looking for a small group of folks to workout with and get your butt kicked.
