  • On 5/24/13, I sent payment of $70 for rental application through their property manager Kim-Melody Romo. On 6/3/13, I was notified by Ms Romo by email that the owner of the home for which I had made the rental application no longer wanted to rent the home. Another rental listing was suggested, or the choice given for a refund. I notified Ms Romo by email on 6/11 that I was requesting the refund, and I gave her my mailing address (which she had requested in the original email offering the refund). On 6/28/13, after making several attempts to contact AZ Property Solutions by phone, leaving several messages, I emailed Ms Romo, stating I had received no communication regarding my request for a refund, nor received refund itself. Kirsten Shafer, designated broker, replied, stating their accountant had record that the refund had been issued and that they were looking into the matter. I have still not received a refund, nor have they attempted to contact me again to resolve the matter. This constitutes laziness (related to poor communication and lack of follow up) at best, and dishonesty and theft at worst.
