Stayed courtesy of Air Canada messing up our flights... So apparently the hotel was fully booked when we stayed here, courtesy of Air Canada cancelling a flight.
That said, our room was reserved about a month in advance, and yet we were put on the top floor (12th) and told we would have "two stairs" to go up from the top of the elevator (11th floor). Turns out, it was two flights. Lots of fun with all our luggage for a week long dive vacation, let me tell you.
The room was called a "suite" -- but was far from it. It didn't even have a desk, let alone a separate bed area.
The only thing that keeps this from a zero-star review is that it didn't seem to have bed bugs. We won't be staying here again.
