The location is great--right on a college campus across the street from museums and a nice park is within walking distance. The rooms are charming, a bit different , and very clean. The breakfast was generous and everything but the breakfast eggs was good. Coffee was great and the strawberries and blueberries plus lots of other fruit , homemade oatmeat , many pastries, bacon etc. made for a nice meal. We were there on a holiday and it was quite crowded close to 9 am--if you can get in earlier , you would find it easier to get a seat.
The price is about what a nice motel would be with tons more charm and a staff who or friendly in a real , not over the top, way. This is now our go-to hotel in Cleveland.
