  • RIP OFF!! I go to Spas often and Never have I been played for a fool like I have here at The Spa at RedRock Casino. They talked me into buying a 90 min massage, then the girl came out to get me 10 mins late. Started the actual massage 17 mins past my appt time AND ended 12 mins early. I paid for an hour 1/2 and only got an hour. When I complained at the desk, they acted as if they could care less. They did nothing about it. I left a msg for the mngr & never got a call back! Worst Spa in Vegas..
