rev:text	definitely experienced much better. we got here at the lunch to dinner transition ... didn't want to pay $50 for dinner (we paid ~35$ instead). the end of lunch is very ho hum... everything tasted very dry even the seafood. so we waited for dinner to transition ... seafood -- bad. overall dry, bland, over salted EVEN the alaskan king crab (didn't even look fresh). the clam bake was dry, the mussels were dry (and they were supposed to be fresh), shrimp was hard and dry ... i was wondering to myself, "SO GLAD WE DIDN'T PAY MORE!!!" the only redeeming items were their prime rib, rib eye lollipop and desserts. seriously. i walked through the whole buffet several times, trying to be enticed by something else, but no. the cutting board meats - pork ribs, brisket ... were so salty and smoked that i couldn't eat more than 2 bites. the prime rib, rib eye were very good ... but ONLY if you asked for the medium rare ones and ones they JUST cooked. makes a big difference tried other items... wagyu beef sliders ( too greasy, dry), fried chicken (DRY!!), sweet potato fries (pre-packaged), meatball slider (this was ok), pizza (this was ok), seaweed salad (ick, not fresh). salads had nice presentation though. dessert bar was good. .... liked their oatmeal cookie, cheesecake, and macarons. but otherwise.... TOTALLY NOT MEMORABLE. overall, not worth it. i feel bad for people who paid $50+ for that night's dinner. save yourself some money and go eat at a good restaurant. (order of buffet love ... m buffet, wicked spoon, wynn, bellagio,........., bacchanal (end of the line))...
