  • This is the first time I have ever made a review for yelp. I purchased a kenmore elite refrigerator from the store manager Peter last week. Peter was great. I believe I got a good deal and everything was great. That was till the delivery date. The two guys came one of which just moved to Vegas two weeks ago. The company sears uses is an outside delivery company (sub contractor). Well they came and had to remove my front door to get the fridge in the house. The problem came when they went to reinstall my front door. The guy did not even know how to put a bit in the power tool for the screw part. It kept Falling out. Well when they left I had to take care of my food. I later checked and found out my door was installed incorrectly and my door would not lock. I called Peter who called the sub group. First they did not want to show up till four days later. Finally two days later guess who comes to fix my door. Yep the same two who did not know what they were doing. Buyer beware about the delivery guys because if they screw up well then you got to go out of pocket to find someone or something to take care of their mistakes and fight for what's right. After almost a week and a half Peter was able to get ahold of someone who came out and fixed my door. I am thankful for them but hate the delivery company they use who delivers and installs.
