  • Got in and out of here very quickly as I checked myself in on the ipad. I paid my copayment and was well on my way. The young lady that helped out in the front was very pleasant, attentive, and was on that money with her customer service skills. And even acknowledged me as I entered the door! U go girl keep it up!!! However after I got in the car I noticed my bandage had more blood than usual cuz it usually stops. I pulled the bandage back and I had an enormous knot and immediate bruising on my arm. I now realized she used a needle too big!!! I have very small veins that sometimes roll and and phlebotomist knows they must use the butterfly needle on me!!! I know this why didn't the expert know this??? I almost went back up there today but changed my mind. I should have been paying attention and my health is my responsibility!!!! PERIOD NO IFS ANDS OR BUTS. I'm so disappointed this happened and I let this happen.
