  • That's 1 star is giving them a star, Eric the manager pretty much told me to go to hell when I complained, first the valet wouldn't let us park with a reservation had to have a key my husband has a bad back carried stuff through the hotel, then they told us we would have a mountain view instead we got a elevator view with noise, the room doesn't even have the bed made right. So Eric you go to hell I will NEVER staying here again and because I live in Vegas you bet your ass I'm talking and facebooking and yelping and media calling everyone!!!!!!!!!! NFR SHOULD RUN
