Came here for lunch on the weekend, which is a good time to go as it's not crowded. Had the brisket sandwich and a local organic beer. The sandwich was very generous however I had to remove a large piece of fat from one slice. Sauce selection on the table was good. The red cabbage slaw could have used a bit more vinegar. Baked beans side was far too fatty which took away the root beer flavor. As someone who travels to Texas a lot for business I can say that Hogtown Smoke BBQ is authentic, however Toronto prices are always a bummer.
