  • I went in yesterday morning to find out how much it would be to get a new phone since mine has been less than stellar lately. I spoke with Hopper who's name tag said he was the store manager. He was nice and looked up my account and gave me the quotes so I told him that I would send my hubby the next morning. My hubby went this morning, and dealt with Andrew, everything I was told was now different. They were trying to charge more for the phone I wanted and no free case like I was told and then we were informed that we were going to have to either pay for damaged phone plus the new one and an additional deposit. The guys here don't communicate with each other and don't know what's going on. I recommend everyone go to a different store if for some reason you have or want Sprint.
