My Wife and I went here this week for her birthday and were not disappointed! We decided to try two appetizers and a pasta to get a good variety. We went with the Bruschetta Caponata and the Eggplant Parm al Forno for the apps. The bruschetta was just eh; okay to eat but would not order again (it had ricotta and olives on sesame toast). The eggplant on the other hand was fantastic; it also came with a small side salad with peppadew peppers and I could have eaten an entire plate of the salad alone. Cannot recommend the eggplant appetizer enough.
The pasta we ordered was the Pasta al Nero it came with lump crab, mussels and colossal shrimp in a spicy (but not too spicy) red sauce. Do not be scared off by the $25 price tag- it is worth every penny if not more. I will be going back to Aria for this pasta alone!
The atmosphere inside was nice but not too stuffy/intimidating. The staff was very friendly and we told the waitress we were going to be sharing everything and they divided all of our orders in two plates when bringing everything out. We also had the Mojito Italiano which was a fun twist on the mojito and will def order again!
