  • If 0 stars was a possibility, that's what I'd choose. Rorich has been our choice for our Toyota's service the past few years but never again. They had my husbands car for almost 7 weeks for minor repairs and cleaning because his car was stolen and needed cleaned up and minor maintenance once recovered. Each time we called, the story was mixed up or different depending on which department we spoke to, prolonging our car being finished for 3 extra weeks from the original time. When it was finally ready to be picked up, the keychain we dropped the keys off on, which was a gift to my husband, was lost. The repair dept. couldn't get through to the service dept. on their own phone system to try and locate the keychain. As if having our car stolen wasn't upsetting enough, the [customer] service we received over the past seven weeks from this business was beyond frustrating and we will never be return to this business.
