First, they sent us TWO bills for emergency room service and demanded we pay for both! We called them multiple times to try and work it out. They admitted there were issues and said that they would look into it and call us back with a resolution. Then they sent it the matter to collections instead of ever calling us back. It was THEIR ERROR IN THE FIRST PLACE. Then they lied about their neglect on the matter and said that WE had never called them. Infuriating.
This hospital was completely dishonest with us and their billing department lied to us. Feels more like a used car lot, than a hospital. Unreal.
