  • Kevin is amazing. HE GETS 5+ STARS. Attention to detail, end result always exceeds anyone's expectations. Receptionist is always on top of it, she as well gets 5 STARS. However, not all staff is on board with Kevin and receptionist. No sense of urgency, female manicurist assumed that having a client wait 1 hour at a chair in between pedicure and manicure was completely acceptable. NO. It is not ok nor is it normal to have a person go in and receive a pedicure, then send the receptionist over to inform me that it will be a few minutes for my manicure to begin. Then proceed with starting a new client's pedicure and have me wait until she was done to begin my manicure. Didn't have the decency to tell me herself or let me know it would be an hour in between. Bottom line: time is something so valuable that when it passes, it's gone and we will never get back.
